You have stumbled upon my poetry and music. I'm happy you're here, and hope you get a chance to find something that you can connect with.

Each poem, song, or piece of music found in my collection is a carefully crafted representation of a person, an event, a scenario, an idea, a scene, or in some cases just a thought that has emotional significance to me.

Some are deeply personal, some designed to be thought-provoking, and some just interesting or fun. But all are designed to reach you, the reader or listener, and connect us to each other in a way that the music and/or poetry can.

A portion of what is found here is poetry by others set to music--particularly the poetry of Sara Teasdale. I can't really explain why, but I connect with her words more than those of any other poets I've read and studied. I hope my settings of her words are a support and not a distraction of her brilliance.

Feel free to email me with your thoughts. I enjoy performing in any setting, no audience is too small, and as of now, I only charge a fee to get me to and from the venue.
